(Jess has inspired me.) Here is what is going on with my sweet girl these days. She turns 4 months old Sunday!

• E does really well on tummy time. She can hold her head up well. She occasionally “rolls” from front to back, but really it is just falling over. She doesn’t quite know how to roll on purpose.
• She really likes bath time. She likes to watch that cute baby in the mirror and play with her pink elephant toy.
• E really giggles sometimes when you kiss her cheeks or put your face close to hers and talk to her. Especially after a diaper change. She is also ticklish and just loves when people talk to her!
• She does not like the moment of being put into her car seat. After a few minutes of driving she usually falls asleep and will sleep in the stroller. But whew, don’t strap me in!
• She likes to “fly” above your head. She can stand up occasionally. Mostly when she is mad and goes stiff.
• She goes to sleep pretty easily. Swaddled, paci in, and usually the eyes close as you start to rock. She generally wakes up 45 minutes into her naps (when the sleep cycle changes according to all the books) and usually can’t go back to sleep, but she must manage to do it at night because she sleeps like 10 hours at night. Go E!!
• She likes to face out and watch people. Don’t try to hold me laying back like a baby, no sir! I’ll have none of that! Sit me up on your lap like a big girl!

I like this post. Because it is so true.  Because I am not perfect. Even though I often feel like I should be.

• It was nice when I did not have to wear a bra to bed.
• Whoever said the Johnson’s brand nursing bra pads were the best, was absolutely right. So soft!
• What Paul said about doing what we don’t want to do and not doing what we want to do, is right!
• My baby is getting so big!
• Please take the poll to the right.
• Whataburger is doing its 12 days of Christmas coupons. Today was a free taquito. But it is annoying that you can’t get it at the drive in. “Their machines don’t take it, you have to go in.” Isn’t it the same machines?
• Rumor is, there is a Cheesecake Factory coming to the Memorial City Mall. I so called it. I think it is fun to look at a new building being built and predict what it will be. I told the hubby the other day that it looked like a Cheesecake Factory. (Abby, I meant to tell you that today, but forgot.)
• I am thinking about making cards for Christmas. But I don’t know if I will actually follow through and make them. I will probably get tired about half way in. Really I would just like a cheaper option than the photo ones although I do like those.  I got birth announcements for E but haven’t mailed them yet even tho she is 3 months old. I am just going to stick them in the Christmas cards. Where do you get yours for cheap? What do you think about the Christmas letter?
