What movie should everyone see in their life at least once?
Wow. What to pick? I have to pick 2. Ok 3.

Probably my all time favorite movie. I watched this movie so much as a kid it was ridiculous. I know the “Sister Act” song word for word. I really like musicals and singing and dancing so that is probably why I like this movie. Its about giving honor to people. Its about helping a friend. It has tap dancing in it. All good reasons to go watch a movie. Has anyone not seen this?

LOVE THIS MOVIE! I can quote most of this one too. Maybe because I am totally a daddy’s girl, and because who doesn’t like a pretty wedding, but this movie is great. I also really like the house they live in and the lovely tree lined street. I mean you can’t get much more idealic than this. And there is the funny wedding coordinator that he puts up with. And its just a relatable family that loves each other. Has anyone not seen this? I sure hope not!
and #3
Now here is one that some people may have not seen. It is also another movie with great songs. I know most of these songs by heart too. Say the word “downtown” (not to be confused with Downton) and I may just break out singing “Mr. Downtown.” This is just a fun movie about a band that makes it big. Tom Hanks is their manager and he is one of my favorite actors. It also has Liv Tyler in it, and I really like her in this movie although I haven’t seen many other things she is in. It is about staying true to yourself and being part of a team. Has anyone else seen this?

LOVE your top three! That Thing You Do is one that both Dave and I love so much! So fun!
BEST MOVIES!!! Good Taste!
Oh MY gosh! I loooove That Thing You Do! It’s truly one of my favorite movies, but so many people haven’t seen it. We had the soundtrack growing up and would all sing to it. Loved it.
Can we still be friends? I’ve never seen White Christmas. I don’t like old movies.
I do love your other two picks, though…both of them so quotable! I’ve gotten lots of mileage out of “Shame on me for kissing you with my eyes shut so tight!” and “There he goes, off to write the hit song, ‘Alone in my Principles’!”
I used to know the whole TTYD soundtrack – so funny! The other 2 are classics. My favorite movies have to be The Princess Bride, Notting Hill and You’ve Got Mail.
Singin’ In The Rain is really fun, too
