Quick Trip

{RE: the lax participation in my previous post…

So no one had a vacation story to tell, eh? Oh well! Maybe I’ll wait a while before doing another link up. I really enjoyed reading about everyone’s kitchen tip and movie though!}

Here are some pictures from our quick weekend trip we took last weekend. C had a business meeting and we tagged along since the flight is very close and super cheap and we stayed with friends.

E had fun coloring on the plane and entertained herself very well.

Here are her friends that she played with. They took her “hiking” (walking with sticks) in the yard around their house, looking for “lions” (cats). They brought out legos for her to play with and put up with watching Team Umizoomi with her.

They pulled her around on their skateboard and taught her to brush the cats.

We all went to the beach one day and E dug in the sand with her “shovel” (spoon) and “buckets” (tupperware).

They flew kites. E’s little one flew better than the big ones.

E loves the beach!

We had homemade pizza and they watched “Leave It To Beaver”. Apparently their boys really like it.

We went into town and saw the old harbor one day.

It was a fun trip!

    Looks like a fun trip! E is becoming quite the traveler! It’s fun to see the older boys be so good to her. I like that they watch Leave It To Beaver…we’re Andy Griffith fans around here! It’s nice to watch a show that kids will watch…but has a plot and some humor that adults can appreciate!

    So sorry about the linkup…I stink at blogging! :/

    I didn’t get blogs of any kind written last week, either! :-(

    I can’t believe E’s hair is so long! It’s beautiful! Looks like a really fun trip.
